Loyal is a product in development, built with a client who approached us for a digital loyalty card solution. Since August 2026, Aymeric and Romain have been working with him on a wider scope: customer relationships, data, campaigns, the in-store experience and merchant support.

The initial challenge
Use a digital loyalty card as the starting point for a broader customer relationship and marketing tool, useful to merchants and easy to adopt in-store.
The solution delivered
The presentation website, visual direction, journey demonstrations and initial prototypes are complete. Aymeric and Romain continue to develop cards, customer data management, campaigns and Wallet/NFC integrations, alongside exploratory work on AI marketing recommendations.

Completed: website, demonstrations and prototypes
The website, visual direction and first prototypes are complete. The demonstration illustrates the proposed journey: points, a reward, a notification and the brand signature.
In development: the product and its rollout
Digital cards, customer data, the merchant interface, campaigns and NFC materials are in development. Infomaniak/Jelastic infrastructure, Apple Developer work and Wallet/NFC certificates are being prepared.
We support merchants on site with installation and onboarding, and remain available 24/7.
Research: recommendations grounded in observations
AI recommendations remain under study: drawing on campaigns, proprietary data and automated web research to inform marketing. Collaboration with the client guides each step.
