Contact requests — The website audit form collects your name, phone number, the address of the website to analyse and your email address. The prototype request form collects your name, phone number, email address, project type, budget and timeframe. This information is transmitted to Solis over an encrypted server connection so we can process your request and carry out the requested pre-contractual steps. Email, telephone and WhatsApp links also transmit the contact details and content you provide to the relevant service provider.
Hosting and security — The hosting provider and Jelastic proxy process the IP address, date, time, requested resource, browser and diagnostic data to deliver, secure and monitor the website. These logs are retained according to the configuration and retention periods of the active service, then deleted or aggregated in accordance with the provider’s commitments.
Local preferences — solis.theme stores the requested light or dark theme. The solis_locale cookie stores only the explicit choice between French and English for twelve months. solis.auditPromptSeen prevents the website audit prompt from being repeated during the same session. solis.consent.v1 stores choices concerning Google Analytics and Google Ads for six months. These values contain no name, email address or entered URL.
Google Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads
Google Tag Manager distributes Google Analytics and Google Ads tags after you give consent in the preference centre. Google Analytics measures page views, sessions, general traffic source, browser characteristics and approximate geographical area. Google Ads measures advertising source and conversions completed on the website. The ‘Audience’ and ‘Advertising’ categories operate separately. Analytics storage, Ads storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation remain denied by default.
Google Analytics uses the _ga and _ga_<identifiant> cookies to distinguish users and preserve session state. Google Ads uses _gcl_* cookies to attribute advertising clicks and measure conversions. The cookie policy explains their purpose and duration.
External links and services
The website provides links to LinkedIn, Google Maps/Google Business and WhatsApp. A connection to the relevant provider begins when a link is activated. The provider then receives your IP address and applies its own privacy policy. The website’s fonts, images, videos and audio files are served locally.
Legal bases, recipients and transfers
Solis processes requests and forms to take the requested pre-contractual and contractual steps. Consent is the basis for Google Analytics and Google Ads processing. Legal obligations and Solis’s legitimate interests provide the basis for security, the defence of its rights and technical monitoring of the website. Data is accessible to the Solis team members responsible for processing it and to necessary service providers, including the Jelastic hosting provider, the email provider and Google. These providers may process data outside Switzerland on the basis of contractual safeguards and protective measures appropriate to the transfers.
Retention periods
Communications are retained for the time needed to process the request, then in accordance with legal obligations or the need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The theme preference remains until it is deleted in the browser, the language preference expires after twelve months, the audit indicator disappears with the browser-tab session and the consent choice expires after six months. Technical logs remain available for the period configured with the hosting provider, then are deleted or aggregated.
Your rights
Applicable law grants you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and receipt of your data, as well as the right to object to certain processing and withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. Solis requests proof of identity only where required to protect your data.
